What a fab time, we had a perfect villa and even more perfect natural landscape views. The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. Likewise, the outside areas were well maintained and the pool very clean. We enjoyed sunsets and friends gatherings at the terrace and pool area. We had meals in most of the tavernas in the Village of Tavronitis and Kissamos, we would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Lastly, thank you Agni Travel for organizing a perfect holiday. We cannot thank you enough, everything went to plan. No problems with the villa or pool, everything was excellent.

The outdoor living area was fine and complemented the villas rustic furnishings. The pool was excellent. We stayed for most of the time around the pool area and enjoyed the local food specialties. The villa is private and near to the beach and the village where you can enjoy great-tasting food in tavernas. The people are so friendly and very helpful. The house has everything you need to enjoy a quiet and restful time. Great holiday...I would highly recommend this property, and I would most certainly return again.

The instructions on how to get to the villa were very helpful. Its a stunning atmosphere. The kids really enjoyed it. The villa is not overlooked by the other villas in the close vicinity. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends (already have), and we will return.

Particularly though the outside space was very well planned to capture the sun provide stunning views but still feel completely private. The pool, outdoor space, and villa are maintained to a very high standard and the owners made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The large town is only a short drive away.

Overall an excellent holiday owned by a very attentive family. The villa is spacious, the beds were comfy, and had mostly everything you could need. The villa was a 5-minute walk to the beach and tavernas and around 15 minutes walk to the village. We would definitely recommend it and we are hoping to return next year.

Even with the one dodgy afternoon with the weather, there was plenty of room for the girls to play card games at the dining table, for the little ones to watch a DVD on the corner sofas and for myself and my partner to use the other living area to have a quiet 10 minutes. We can recommend Villa Nineta to ones who want to stay at Crete in a calm and relaxing environment. Will definitely return! We thought the villa was good value for money. We hired a car and you need that or a Taxi to get you places.

The locals and the villa made for a perfect holiday. The villa is in a wonderful private location; and close to the pretty village with some excellent traditional tavernas. The house has everything you need to enjoy a quiet and restful time in rural West Crete.

The pool and outdoor area are awesome. 100m from the accommodation there is a tavern, which apparently has the same owner as the accommodation. Will almost certainly return at some point.

We loved Villa Nineta - the house is spacious and the yard and pool are perfect. The pool was just perfectly deep. We felt so secure as our house had gates around it, but then the community of 3 homes was also gated. The location was perfect - within walking distance of town and the beach. The town has a few excellent restaurants and a fantastic bakery. The beach is rocky but fine for a dip and then back to the pool. The restaurant on the beach is very nice. You really feel like you are part of a small community as you walk to either one, past dogs, cats, goats and sheep and farmers fields. The house is also perfectly situated to explore the west end of the island - Chania and some great beaches. Our only regret is that we did not stay long enough!

Very enjoyable holiday. We used the villa for a complete rest during our 14 days. The pool was excellent. We stayed for most of the holiday at the villa as the high temperatures didna€™t invite too much travelling around!! Two local tavernas on the coast (10 minutes walk) were really ideal. The town supermarkets and bakery (20 minutes walk) were more than adequate. We bussed into Chania one day to visit the harbour which is worth a visit. Unless visiting lots of areas was your ambition then it is not necessary to rent a car. The coast bus route is very efficient. We recommend the villa to people who want a quiet peaceful break. I am working for almost 27 years in Tourism right now and that means; mostly you know to much. How things can go wrong etc, etc. Also I have seen more than thousands of houses inside and outside and I know, its not always what you see is what you get. But, however, in this case it was great from A till Z, really. A good description to the villa, very friendly owner and a great villa. We only stayed for 6 days but I could have been there 60 days as well. Agni Travel Team and Mr. Michaelis; Chapeau!! With regards, Jan Ambriola

We had a really wonderful holidays in Crete. The Villa Nineta is lovely and the host Mr. Michalis and his wife treated us as close friends and offerd us help and suggestions for our sightseeing in Crete. It is worthwhile to come back again.

Villa Nineta is in beautiful surroundings. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and hope to return again some time in the near future. The owner and his wife cannot do enough for their guests which just helps to make the holiday even more enjoyable.

One of the best villas we have stayed in. Location was half way between the village and the beach which worked fine for us. Top marks for the owners.

Total relaxation, the villa is so laid back it is laying down - we dont normally do returns but we will revisit Nineta and Tavaronitis. If you want a beach it is not for you but there are plenty within easy car rides - one of which is on Conde Naste top 10. Michalis is justly very proud of his development and is very helpful and his enthusiasm is catching. He has a boat for the use of - petrol cost only - the boat was off water whilst we were there but when we come back we look forward to a boat trip with Michalis

Everything was as expected. We visited Villa Nineta last year so knew this was going to be just as good. We hired all 3 villas for a week and held a ceremony here within the gardens, picture perfect with a fantastic host.

A very good holiday, the house is very well, the garden is beautiful and very well maintained. The house is very pleasant and is an ideal base for exploring the west of Crete. When we arrived everything was ready including the bed clothes.

We stayed here in October and it was absolutely everything we could have hoped for. The villa was amazing and in a brilliant area. The villa was 5 minute walk to the beach and around 15 minutes walk to the village where you can catch a bus to the tourist area for as little as 1.60 each way. We would definitely recommend it and we are hoping to return next year.

We had a wonderful time at the villa and visiting the western part of the isle of Crete. Excellent description of the property the way from the airport to the house and the suggestions for visiting Krete.

All round excellent

Lovely quite villa near to the sea and local restaurants. Enjoyed sitting on veranda and the pool. Good to have air con in the bedrooms. The maid service was excellent clean sheets 3 times a week..luxury. The directions from the airport to the villa were excellent.A ll together had a most enjoyable and relaxing week and would recommend to anyone

Everyone on Angi and Eos has provided excellent service. A few warnings about the state of the roads on the southern part of the island might be of help to future travelers.
