Excellent location, just around the corner from the main Coral bay strip. Villa was as described clean and the management team were easy to deal with. Wea€™d come here again!

This was the best holiday I have ever had. The villa was perfect. The property manager came to see us on the first morning which was a nice touch. There was plenty of kitchenware, the beds were comfortable and in fact the entire villa was well equipped. The pool was spotlessly clean and maintained during the week. The location is fantastic. So close to shops and bars. The bus into Paphos runs every 10 minutes. Fantastic stay!

Overall very good. This is our 6th time in Coral Bay. The location of the Villa to the main strip of restaurants is perfect. Phillipos super market is great, especially the drop off at your Villa service. Bus service is ideal

My family of 6 enjoyed every moment of our holiday. The villa is in an excellent location, just minutes from everything you need. The inside and outside space is generous and the pool is a good size. The villa is showing some slight signs of age and wear but everything was fixed and dealt with immediately by the fantastic local maintenance guy (Tasos). I really cana€™t recommend this villa highly enough! Thank you so much for creating amazing family memories.

Overall and excellent holiday. The location of the Villa could not be better. The local staff (including the owners) were fantastic. An absolute joy to stay there.

The villa is lovely; its spotless, cozy, and roomy, with everything youll need for a pleasant vacation. The sunset and scenery are breathtaking. The pool is the ideal size for relaxing and tanning in sun. The villa was completely safe and the outside dining area was great for al fresco dining. The Villa was just what we wanted it met all our expectations. It was absolutely brilliant. Very accurate the photos dont do it justice it is an amazing villa and the grounds are beautiful. We couldnt have asked for a higher level of service. From the booking through the end of our vacation, everything went flawlessly. I would highly recommend this property, and I would most certainly return again.

With only a scenic 18 mins drive from the Paphos, it was a memorable stay for us all. Great paradise. The beach is only 10 min walk. The views from the upstairs balconies were amazing, a great place to enjoy a coffee or a beer. The inside of the villa felt like a true beach villa. Recommend to stay there.

Quiet and peaceful. The instructions and information provided were very good and sent through quickly after booking. Would definitely come back to stay.

Well located: 10-minute walk to the supermarket and Coral Bay Beach, restaurants only 4 mins walk, Paphos 18 mins drive. We will come back.
