Gardens, pool, beds, and barbecue everything was just as it should be. We made good use of the terrace in the evenings to look at the starry sky and enjoy the cool sea breeze. The area itself is great in every way. We enjoyed our holiday very much and already booked this villa for next year as well.

The villa itself is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required for a self-catering holiday. Very quiet location in a perfect setting. The inside of the home was cozy and comfortable. Likewise, the outside areas were well maintained and the pool very clean. The views from the pool and terrace over the beach were amazing and we enjoyed the cool sea breeze while having dinner at the terrace. We had meals in most of the tavernas in Latchi and Polis, we would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Lastly, thank you Beach Villas for organizing a perfect holiday. We cannot thank you enough, everything went to plan. No problems with the villa or pool, everything was excellent. Could not fault Beach Villas at all, everything went smoothly and we appreciated the text message keeping in contact even though we did not need to call

Overall we were happy. The villa is in a beautiful location right on the beach and close to both Polis and Latchi and is very spacious.. If we had any problems they were immediately attended to. We have already recommended it and will probably come back next year.

The villa was, for my party, fantastic. I note that other reviews have complained about the distance to the beach and the cleanliness of the villa. I can only imagine that different people have different expectations - my party and I felt that it was perfectly easy and doable to walk to and from the beach may times throughout the day, it literally is a minute, maybe less. The villa I thought was clean enough, there are some minor signs of wear and tear which is to be expected I think with the amount of use it clearly gets. All in all I would stay here again, the location is great, the villa is lovely and spacious, its at the bottom of a track in farmland with only a couple of other villas around so very peaceful. Walking from the villa to Latchi beach is also very easy along the seafront and enjoyable too.

Fantastic Villa in prime location. Attractive quiet villa 100 metres from the beach, warm sea, good restaurants locally. Akamas Peninsula is great for biking hiking or boating.

Overall I liked the villa; spacious, great location and overall pretty clean. Achilles Beach Villa Thio in the corner gives a good privacy. All that we needed was there and worked fine. It was a good place to stay for our 19 day vacation. Agni helped out well when needed. We enjoyed our stay in Cyprus.
