Achilles Beach Villa was just what we had hoped for. A perfect villa in the perfect location! We really enjoyed the stunning sea views from the terrace. During the day enjoyed swimming in turquoise waters at the nearly private sandy beach while in the evenings we gathered with our friends around the pool area and enjoyed the local food specialties and wines. The Villa itself is spacious with a great layout and extra amenities (lounge/bedroom sea views, washing machine, en suite bathrooms, etc.) Overall this magnificent villa was well worth the rental price and our group absolutely fell in love with this place as we didnt even want to leave! We will love to visit this golden luxury place again in the future.

You can experience a perfect holiday only when you choose the right place to be and enjoy the most beautiful Villa. The outside and pool area were magnificent and we all had our own privacy given the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms. This is the first holiday we have had when we have not visited hotel resorts- and it was great to have ended up at such a well-thought-out and well-cared-for property. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the pool. The children loved the pool and terrace and played there all day long and when get bored we switched to the sandy beach across the villa! Everyone in Polis was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Argaka and Latsi and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. I found Agni to be extremely helpful & they gave us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with them again for next year.

If you want a villa in a quiet location with spectacular sea views then this is the right one for you. The accommodation is spacious and beautifully kept with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We also had maid service twice during our 10-day stay. In Polis, there are several excellent restaurants. Everywhere we went we were made to feel welcome and everyone was very helpful and polite. Beach Villas made the process of renting the villa easy and detailed. They were in contact with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok which it was. We will definitely be going back in the very near future.

We very much enjouyed our stay at villa Achilles. the walk to Latchi was along a path that was easy to walk and lit up at night. Also they have bikes you can rent for this; all very easy. We love Cyprus and especially the weather. Owver was nice and brought us a bottle of wine when we were making a barbecue. Lovely memory. thak you.

We had a very enjoyable 2 weeks at Achilles Beach Villa. The location is perfect. The cleaning staff were very friendly and always checked that we had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at Achilles; the private pool warm and having the beach just infant was a real plus (no noise from the beach though.) Most evenings we walked into Latchi to eat at one of the tavernas where we had good food and wine which wasnt expensive. To be honest we were surprised how nice and relaxing our Cyprus holiday was.

From start to finish it was lovely. The village of Latsi is lovely the people very friendly. The restaurants numerous and the sunsets amazing. The villa was situated in a lovely quiet location with beautiful views. We will certainly recommend this place and hopefully return. Thank you all at Beach Villas. You do your jobs wonderfully!

What a lovely villa - clean spacious and bright. Would recommend this villa to our friends.Villa central - no need for a car - amenties within walking distance.Cleaning and pool staff very friendly.Kitchen area very good - as we only occuping as 2 adults kitchen equipment was suffice but if villa was fully occupied in our opinion more saucepans would be needed.
