What a fab time, we had a perfect villa and even more perfect natural landscape views. The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. Likewise, the outside areas were well maintained and the pool very clean. We enjoyed sunsets and friends gatherings at the terrace and pool area. We had meals in most of the tavernas in the Village of Tavronitis and Kissamos, we would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Lastly, thank you Beach Villas for organizing a perfect holiday. We cannot thank you enough, everything went to plan. No problems with the villa or pool, everything was excellent.

The instructions on how to get to the villa were very helpful. Its a stunning atmosphere. The kids really enjoyed it. The villa is not overlooked by the other villas in the close vicinity. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends (already have), and we will return.

Overall an excellent holiday owned by a very attentive family. The villa is spacious, the beds were comfy, and had mostly everything you could need. The villa was a 5-minute walk to the beach and tavernas and around 15 minutes walk to the village. We would definitely recommend it and we are hoping to return next year.

The locals and the villa made for a perfect holiday. The villa is in a wonderful private location; and close to the pretty village with some excellent traditional tavernas. The house has everything you need to enjoy a quiet and restful time in rural West Crete.

Very enjoyable holiday. We used the villa for a complete rest during our 14 days. The pool was excellent. We stayed for most of the holiday at the villa as the high temperatures didn't invite too much travelling around!! Two local tavernas on the coast (10 minutes walk) were really ideal. The town supermarkets and bakery (20 minutes walk) were more than adequate. We bussed into Chania one day to visit the harbour which is worth a visit. Unless visiting lots of areas was your ambition then it is not necessary to rent a car. The coast bus route is very efficient. We recommend the villa to people who want a quiet peaceful break. Everything was as expected. We visited Villa Nineta last year so knew this was going to be just as good. We hired all 3 villas for a week and held a ceremony here within the gardens, picture perfect with a fantastic host.

A very good holiday, the house is very well, the garden is beautiful and very well maintained. The house is very pleasant and is an ideal base for exploring the west of Crete. When we arrived everything was ready including the bed clothes.
