The house provided plenty of space for our family of four and is well located. we appreciated the small welcome pack and information regarding house keeping. The pool is lovely- it looks over the bay and is surround by lavender and rosemary bushes making your swim a lovely sensory experience! The house is a ten minute walk from lassi.it is a bit of a climb on the way back up but we quite happily did it a couple of times a day. I particularly enjoyed the early morning walk to pick up breakfast from Nona's or Mel's- they do amazing breakfast pastries to take away! If you don't want to walk all the way down there is actually a bar just behind the house which also serves food. The house is also within walking distance to argostoli (about 30 minutes).worth the walk for a very different feel and if you go early you can see the turtles. We have stayed in kefalonia several times but I can honestly say this house is the best location we've stayed in. A quiet location not far from restaurants, the beach and shops. We had a hire car for the full stay but there are days we didn't even consider using it- we'd definitely stay again. The only downside- and it wasn't really bad is that the downstairs bedroom often smelt of petrol. Not sure if they were storing something in the nearby storeroom. It wouldn't put us off staying but was not pleasant.

One week was not enough, we would love to return to the Villa at sometime the location was great the view was amazing all six in our party would give this villa five out of five. We had to contact the owner once as we thought we had lost a key they were responsive and the office of Beach Villas were excellent in their communication. We found the key so the call was cancelled- but no issues with the service.

Modern and very well equipped. All the very best of quality. Close to restaurants, amazing pool and amazing view over Lixouri bay. Absolutely luxurious. We loved it.

The villa was beautiful and spacious. all bathrooms very modern and new, same goes for the kitchen. the outside area is great as well and the pool is lovely. the villa offers an amazing view of the ocean and surrounding areas , front row seats to a lovely sunset. The villa is beautiful, brand new and of very high quality. The pool is fantastic and you have a very nice view. It was even more beautiful than the pictures and we had an unforgettable holiday. The house was absolutely clean and the pool was cleaned regularly during our stay. I would like to highlight the quiet location, despite the proximity to the airport and a pool bar directly above the house. One has hardly noticed anything of both. The contact with Beach Villas was uncomplicated and reliable and I would highly recommend the house as well as a booking through Beach Villas

The villa was very very nice ,clean and comfortable with great views.. The town of Lassi is nice ,lovely beaches to visit (costa costa/long beach ) and easy walks into the capital of agastoli a beautiful island and very very impressed with the friendliness of the local people . we had a lovely holiday thank you
