Located a short distance inland, Artà is a picturesque town set in a valley and surrounded by the hills of the Llevant Natural Park along with some of the island's most beautiful rural plains. Artà offers a weekly market (on Tuesdays). There is also the fortress to explore, local restaurants, shops, museums and a bank.
