I cant say enough about this villa and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The Villa Trepuco Uno and Punta Prima were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There is an excellent beach nearby(100 m) and also a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops within walking distance. Punta Prima is very charming, clean, and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I have felt so relaxed and connected to a place for a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Beach Villas was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

We have booked this villa 2 times, now for 2 weeks and each time it makes for a thoroughly enjoyable 2nd home for me and my family. Its really close to local restaurants/bars and most important to the best sandy Playa Punta Prima beach. It has a great private outdoor space for relaxing by the pool which is perfect for a quick dip to cool down. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms making it more than comfortable for my family. Everyone in Punta Prima was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Binibeca and SAlgar and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Overall, a great holiday spent at Villa Trepuco Uno and Punta Prima. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

Really wonderful time and would highly recommend Beach Villas for excellent service. Very relaxing property and neighborhood. It is a 5-10 min walk to almost everywhere, particularly to the beach and near to exceptional tavernas where great seafood and caters are served. We found the people of Punta Prima very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody.

I would not hesitate to re-book. Near to all the amenities. The garden is lovely. We would love to return. The Villa itself was spotless and well equipped.

The villa was excellently equipped with everything you would need. We loved this place, very sunny and warm, comfortable furniture and beds. We have the privacy we want, the large pool is perfect and the villa itself has a lovely home from home feeling.

The villa was perfect for our needs. It is simply furnished but is very spacious and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for the beach and restaurants. There are lots of other villas around but the location of this one just worked for us. Easy access for the bus to Mahon and the car hire place is the friendliest I've ever used. Punta Prima is friendly and the beach is lovely.

Pretty quiet home ideally located. Close beach, shops, restaurants. Very well equipped. We hear the sound of the waves which was lovely.

Ideally located as everything is within a few minutes walk yet situated in a quiet area so you don't hear any noise. The village itself is very clean and had everything that we were looking for in a holiday home.
